Alexa Clapp

Dr. Alexa Clapp is a reproductive endocrinologist with Aspire Fertility Houston, where she also holds the role of Director of Medical Ethics. She earned her medical degree at the University of Florida College of Medicine, then trained in obstetrics and gynecology at the University of Texas at Houston – Memorial Hermann program, serving as chief resident. In 2017 she finished a fellowship in reproductive endocrinology and infertility at Albert Einstein College of Medicine/Montefiore Medical Center in New York. Her fellowship work included laboratory research on germ cell biology as well as clinical studies of fertility preservation, polycystic ovary syndrome and assisted reproduction. She is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology and belongs to ASRM, ACOG and the Houston Gynecological and Obstetrical Society.
