Nischelle Kalakota

Dr. Nischelle Kalakota is a reproductive endocrinologist at Aspire Fertility Houston (formerly Houston Fertility Institute), seeing patients at The Woodlands, Piney Point and Kingwood offices. She studied brain, behavior and cognitive science at the University of Michigan, then earned a master's degree in human physiology and her medical degree at the University of Cincinnati, where she also completed her obstetrics and gynecology residency. Her reproductive endocrinology and infertility fellowship was at Rutgers Biomedical and Health Sciences. Her research has covered endometrial gene expression, the effect of elevated progesterone on endometrial receptivity and embryo quality, a low-cost IVF program, and artificial intelligence for endometrial assessment in frozen embryo transfer.
