Fertility Center of San Antonio

Fertility Center of San Antonio is an independent reproductive medicine practice founded by Dr. Joseph E. Martin and serving South Texas for more than three decades. The practice reports that it was the first in Texas to offer office-based IVF and the first in the Southwest to achieve a pregnancy with ICSI. Dr. Gregory Neal is among its current physicians.

The clinic operates from the Oak Hills Women's Pavilion on Ewing Halsell Drive in San Antonio's Medical Center area, with an on-site andrology and embryology laboratory at the same location as patient care. Services cover fertility evaluation, IUI, IVF and ICSI, frozen embryo transfer, PGT-A and PGT-M, egg and sperm freezing, office-based testicular sperm extraction, donor egg and donor sperm treatment, gestational surrogacy cycles, recurrent miscarriage evaluation and LGBT family building. It also offers a lower-intensity option branded Nature's IVF using the INVOcell device.

For out-of-town patients, staff coordinate monitoring with local physicians and the clinic lists discounted nearby hotel rates. Spanish-speaking staff work across nursing, medical assistant and financial roles, and the website has a Spanish version.
