Texas Fertility Center (TFC), whose practice name is Vaughn, Silverberg & Associates, is a multi-office fertility practice in Central and South Texas. Dr. Thomas Vaughn opened it in Austin in 1980, and the program performed Austin's first IVF egg retrieval in 1984. TFC physicians helped found Ovation Fertility, the IVF laboratory company that runs the practice's labs and is now part of US Fertility.

The main Austin office is at 6500 N. Mopac Expressway, and its on-site IVF laboratory, Ovation Fertility Austin, has operated there since 2006. San Antonio also has an on-site IVF lab. TFC has additional offices in South Austin, Cedar Park, Round Rock, New Braunfels and Corpus Christi, with about nine physicians on staff.

Services include IUI, IVF with ICSI, natural-cycle IVF, PGT-A, and freezing of eggs, sperm and embryos. Third-party options cover fresh and frozen donor eggs, donor sperm, donated embryos and gestational surrogacy. The practice also treats male infertility and recurrent pregnancy loss, offers fertility preservation and reproductive surgery, and supports LGBTQ+ and single parents. TFC sees patients from Mexico and other countries.
