About
Houston Fertility Institute (HFI) was an independent Houston fertility practice that in September 2021 merged with Aspire Fertility, a clinic brand of Inception Fertility and its Prelude Network, to form Aspire Houston Fertility Institute (Aspire HFI). In July 2026 the combined Houston group dropped the HFI name and now operates simply as Aspire Fertility, with more than a dozen clinics across Greater Houston.
The HFI site at 2500 Fondren Road, Suite 300, is now Aspire Fertility's Piney Point clinic in west Houston. The building also houses the group's Piney Point Surgery Center, and Aspire describes the location as both a clinic and an IVF laboratory. Physicians listed for Piney Point include Drs. Ryan Steward and Maya Kriseman, and Dr. Gus Haddad serves as a medical director for the Houston group.
Services at the clinic include fertility testing, ovulation induction, IUI, IVF, genetic testing, egg freezing, donor egg treatment and LGBTQ+ family building, with gestational carrier and other third-party options offered across the Aspire Houston network.
