George Grunert

Dr. George M. Grunert is a reproductive endocrinologist at Aspire Fertility Houston (formerly Houston Fertility Institute) with more than three decades of experience treating infertility. Raised in San Antonio, he graduated from Rice University and earned his medical degree at Baylor College of Medicine. He completed his obstetrics and gynecology residency at the Naval Regional Medical Center in Oakland and a reproductive endocrinology fellowship at the University of California, San Francisco, and has served as a Captain in the US Naval Reserve Medical Corps. In 1983 he started the IVF program at The Woman's Hospital of Texas, which grew into Houston Fertility Specialists. His clinical areas include IVF, endometriosis, fertility preservation, recurrent pregnancy loss and reproductive genetics.
