Alexander Kotlyar

About

Dr. Alexander M. Kotlyar is a reproductive endocrinologist with Genesis Fertility, part of the Pinnacle Fertility network, practicing at the Bay Parkway (Brooklyn), Manhattan and Long Island (Hewlett) offices. Born in Ukraine and raised in Brooklyn, he studied at New York University, did RNA biology research at The Rockefeller University, and earned his medical degree at Dartmouth. He trained in obstetrics and gynecology at the Cleveland Clinic and completed his reproductive endocrinology and infertility fellowship at Yale School of Medicine. He is board certified in both OB/GYN and REI. His clinical focus includes endometriosis, reproductive surgery, recurrent pregnancy loss and repeated implantation failure, and he serves as Vice-Chair of the ASRM Endometriosis Special Interest Group.
