Sunny Hu

About

Dr. Sunny Hu is the embryology and andrology laboratory director at Advanced Reproductive Specialists / Jacksonville Center for Reproductive Medicine in Florida; she is a laboratory scientist rather than a physician. She studied biological science in animal reproduction and veterinary medicine at Jilin University in China, at both undergraduate and graduate levels, and later earned a doctoral degree in health science from Nova Southeastern University in Florida. She is certified by the American Board of Bioanalysis as a High-Complexity Laboratory Director in embryology and andrology and holds a Florida clinical laboratory director license in those fields. Her experience covers directing embryology, andrology and endocrinology laboratories, meeting CAP, COLA and Joint Commission accreditation requirements, quality control, and hands-on lab training.
