Boca Fertility

Boca Fertility is a private fertility practice in Boca Raton, Florida, founded in 1982 by Moshe (Maurice) R. Peress, MD. It was the first clinic to offer IVF in Palm Beach County and reported the county's first IVF birth. Since late 2022 the practice has belonged to Fertility Specialists Network (FSN), a physician-led platform, while continuing to operate under its own name. The current team of four reproductive endocrinologists is led by medical director Leah Roberts, MD.

The main clinic and its recently redesigned in-house IVF laboratory are at 875 Meadows Road in Boca Raton, with a satellite office in Fort Lauderdale. Each patient is followed by a single physician throughout treatment.

Services cover fertility testing, ovulation induction, IUI, IVF with preimplantation genetic testing, egg freezing and fertility preservation, donor egg IVF, donor sperm IUI, gestational carrier cycles and LGBTQ+ family building, along with care for male infertility and recurrent miscarriage. A visitors' program lets out-of-town and international patients complete much of their pre-IVF testing at home before traveling to Boca Raton.
