Advanced Reproductive Specialists / Jacksonville Center for Reproductive Medicine (ARS/JCRM) is an independent fertility practice in northeast Florida. Dr. Michael D. Fox is its medical director, and he and Dr. Christopher W. Lipari see patients at all of the practice's offices. The practice describes its approach as a full workup of both partners, with every option explained, from the most conservative to the most aggressive, before any couple moves on to IVF.

The main office is on Southpoint Parkway in Jacksonville, where several physicians and nurse practitioners work. There are also offices in Gainesville and Panama City, Florida, and in Macon, Georgia. Patients can book in-person or telemedicine visits, and patients who live farther away can arrange outside monitoring.

Services include fertility evaluation, ovulation induction, IUI, and IVF. The practice also offers genetic testing of embryos, including sex selection, surgical sperm retrieval, and gynecologic surgery for conditions such as endometriosis. Its cryopreservation program freezes eggs, sperm, and embryos, and the practice recruits and screens its own egg donors.
