Reproductive Medicine Associates of Florida, LLC

Reproductive Medicine Associates of Florida (RMA Florida) now operates as Everleap Fertility, Lake Mary. The clinic opened as the Central Florida office of the RMA Network, the practice group built on the model of Reproductive Medicine Associates of New Jersey; its founding physician, George Patounakis, MD, began seeing patients there in December 2017. The RMA clinics were later rebranded under Everleap Fertility, a U.S. network that also brings together Boston IVF, Conceptions and several other practices.

The clinic is at 400 Colonial Center Parkway, Suite 150, in Lake Mary, north of Orlando near Interstate 4. It was opened with its own IVF laboratory, where embryos are cultured and biopsied for genetic testing. The current care team includes reproductive endocrinologists Maria Costantini-Ferrando, Thomas Molinaro and Michael Simoni, along with urologist Puneet Masson.

Services include infertility testing, ovulation induction, IUI, IVF with embryo genetic testing, and egg, sperm and embryo freezing. Third-party options cover donor eggs, donor sperm, donor embryos and gestational carrier cycles, and male infertility is evaluated by an in-network urologist.
