Inovi Fertility & Genetics Institute

Inovi Fertility & Genetics Institute is an independent, single-physician fertility practice in Houston, Texas, founded by reproductive endocrinologist Stephan Krotz, MD. Dr. Krotz studied genetics at UC Davis, earned his medical degree at Northwestern, trained in obstetrics and gynecology at Baylor College of Medicine and completed his fertility fellowship at Brown University, where his research produced an early artificial human ovary model. He practiced in Houston, San Antonio and the Boston area before opening Inovi.

The clinic occupies Suite 400 at 3773 Richmond Avenue in central Houston, with an office designed around biophilic principles. Its embryology and andrology laboratories are on site, and patients are seen by the same physician and nursing team throughout treatment.

Services include fertility evaluation, IUI, IVF with ICSI, preimplantation genetic testing and genetic counseling, egg, embryo and sperm freezing, donor egg and donor sperm treatment, gestational surrogacy, male infertility care, recurrent miscarriage evaluation, tubal reversal and LGBTQ+ family planning. The practice offers evening, Saturday and video appointments, and its doctor and staff speak Spanish.
