Rhiana Saunders

Dr. Rhiana Saunders is a reproductive endocrinologist at Aspire Fertility Houston (formerly Houston Fertility Institute), seeing patients at the Katy and Willowbrook offices. She was commissioned through Army ROTC at the University of Notre Dame and earned her medical degree at Georgetown University School of Medicine in 2004. She completed her obstetrics and gynecology residency at Madigan Army Medical Center and her reproductive endocrinology and infertility fellowship at the University of Louisville. During two decades in the US Army Medical Corps she directed the REI division at Brooke Army Medical Center, led an OB-GYN residency program in the National Capital Consortium, and taught at the Uniformed Services University. She retired as a Colonel in 2024 before joining Aspire.
