Kelsey Anderson

Dr. Kelsey Anderson is a reproductive endocrinologist and infertility specialist at STL Fertility in St. Louis, Missouri, where she began seeing patients in August 2026. A St. Louis native, she completed both her obstetrics and gynecology residency and her fellowship in reproductive endocrinology and infertility at Washington University in St. Louis. She is double board certified in obstetrics and gynecology and in reproductive endocrinology and infertility, and is a fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. Before joining STL Fertility she had practiced as a reproductive endocrinologist in the St. Louis area for about three years. Her clinical focus includes infertility, recurrent pregnancy loss, fertility preservation, uterine abnormalities and LGBTQ+ family building.
