Center for Reproductive Medicine & Robotic Surgery

The Center for Reproductive Medicine and Robotic Surgery (CRMRS), which also goes by GoFertility, is an independent single-physician fertility practice in the St. Louis area. It is led by Dr. Saji Jacob, who has served as its medical and laboratory director since 2011. Dr. Jacob trained in obstetrics and gynecology at Washington University in St. Louis, completed reproductive endocrinology and embryology fellowships in Dublin, and is certified both as an OB/GYN and as a high-complexity laboratory director.

The practice is located at 844 North New Ballas Court in Creve Coeur, a short drive from St. Louis Lambert International Airport, and its single-office model keeps clinical care and laboratory work under the same team.

Services include infertility testing, IUI, conventional and natural-cycle or mini IVF, ICSI, PGT-A, frozen embryo transfer, egg freezing, an egg donation program, male infertility evaluation and LGBTQ family building. A distinguishing feature is reproductive surgery: Dr. Jacob is a certified robotic surgeon who performs endometriosis excision, myomectomy, tubal reanastomosis and complex hysterectomy. The clinic says it sees both local and international patients.
