Missouri Fertility

Missouri Fertility is an independent reproductive medicine practice in Columbia, Missouri, established in 1997 and led by reproductive endocrinologist and surgeon Dr. Gil Wilshire. The practice, also known by its corporate name Mid-Missouri Reproductive Medicine & Surgery, is a SART member and serves couples and individuals across central Missouri and neighboring areas.

The clinic is located at 1506 E. Broadway in Columbia and houses its own IVF, andrology and endocrine laboratories on site. The labs are CLIA-certified, CAP-accredited since 2007 and registered with the FDA.

Treatment options run from ovulation induction and intrauterine insemination to IVF, along with fertility assessment, elective egg freezing, sperm cryopreservation, embryo banking and medically indicated fertility preservation. Third-party options include donor eggs, donor sperm, donor embryos and gestational carrier cycles. A notable focus is reproductive surgery, including laparoscopy, endometriosis excision, myomectomy, hysteroscopy and tubal reversal. The practice also offers guidance for out-of-town patients traveling to Columbia for care.
