STL Fertility

STL Fertility is an independent fertility practice owned by its physicians, based in suburban St. Louis. Reproductive endocrinologists Molina Dayal, MD, and Maureen Schulte, MD, co-founded it in 2020, after the practice they had worked in became financially unstable. Dr. Dayal is medical director and Dr. Schulte runs clinic operations. Two more board-certified specialists, Violet Klenov, MD, and Kelsey Anderson, MD, have since joined them.

The clinic is at 555 North New Ballas Road in St. Louis. It has its own embryology, andrology and endocrinology laboratories on site, directed by a board-certified high-complexity laboratory director.

Treatments include IUI, IVF with ICSI, and preimplantation genetic testing (PGT-A, PGT-M and PGT-SR). The clinic also offers egg and embryo freezing, fertility preservation for cancer patients, and male infertility care such as sperm banking and surgical sperm retrieval. Donor eggs, donor sperm and gestational carriers are arranged through partner organizations. LGBTQ+ patients can use donor-sperm IUI or IVF, reciprocal (co-maternity) IVF, or gestational surrogacy.

Success rates depend heavily on which patients a clinic accepts, so these numbers should not be used to rank clinics against one another. Cells CDC suppressed for small sample sizes (1-4 cycles) are shown as a dash.
