Molina Dayal

About

Dr. Molina Dayal is a reproductive endocrinologist and the Medical Director of STL Fertility in St. Louis, Missouri, a physician-owned practice she co-founded with Dr. Maureen Schulte in 2020. She is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology and in reproductive endocrinology and infertility, and also holds a master of public health degree. She earned her medical degree at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, completed obstetrics and gynecology residency in the Washington University/Barnes-Jewish consortium program in St. Louis, and received further subspecialty training at the University of Pennsylvania. With more than two decades in practice, she cares for patients pursuing fertility evaluation, IVF and other family-building treatments, and draws on her own fertility experience in supporting them.
