Reproductive Sciences Medical Center (RSMC) is an independent fertility practice in San Diego that has been treating patients since 1997. Its clinical team is led by President and Chief Medical Officer Dr. David Harari and Medical Director Dr. Minh N. Ho, a reproductive endocrinologist.

The center is located on Valley Centre Drive in the Carmel Valley area of San Diego and runs its own on-site IVF laboratory under a full-time laboratory director, Dr. Kevin K. Oum. Treatments offered include IVF with ICSI, IUI, PGS/PGD genetic testing, egg and embryo freezing for fertility preservation, and frozen embryo transfer.

Third-party reproduction is a major focus: RSMC runs fresh and frozen donor egg programs, recruits its own egg donors and gestational surrogates, and offers family-building pathways for gay, lesbian and transgender patients. Its international care program provides multilingual staff, coordination with surrogacy legal counsel, and worldwide shipment of frozen donor eggs and embryos, and the website has a dedicated Chinese-language service section.
