RMA of San Diego dba, Pearl Mini IVF

This San Diego clinic began as Pearl Mini IVF, a practice built around minimal-stimulation (mini) IVF, and joined the IVI RMA North America network around 2021. In June 2025 it was rebranded as RMA of San Diego, and it now operates under the name Everleap Fertility, the new North American brand that brings together RMA, Boston IVF, Conceptions and other practices backed by IVI RMA.

The clinic is in a former bank suite on Executive Drive in the University City area, converted in 2021 into a roughly 4,700-square-foot space with embryology and andrology lab areas and a procedure room. The current physician team is led by Medical Director Dr. Haley Genovese, with Dr. Jamie Stanhiser and Dr. Kelly Chacón.

The center still offers mini-IVF and has expanded to the full range of network services: fertility testing, IUI, conventional IVF, preimplantation genetic testing, fertility preservation, donor egg and donor sperm treatment, and IVF for gestational carrier arrangements, with referrals for acupuncture, nutrition and emotional support.

Success rates depend heavily on which patients a clinic accepts, so these numbers should not be used to rank clinics against one another. Cells CDC suppressed for small sample sizes (1-4 cycles) are shown as a dash.
