Illume Fertility

Illume Fertility is a Connecticut fertility practice founded in 2002 by reproductive endocrinologist Mark Leondires, MD, under the name Reproductive Medicine Associates of Connecticut (RMA of Connecticut). It adopted the Illume Fertility name in 2022, the same year it joined The Fertility Partners network. In September 2026 The Fertility Partners sold the practice to IVI RMA North America, part of IVI-RMA Global.

The main office is at 761 Main Avenue in Norwalk, with additional offices in Stamford, Trumbull and Danbury, Connecticut, and Harrison, New York. The practice has a team of board-certified reproductive endocrinologists, its own IVF laboratory and an on-site surgical suite.

Services include fertility testing, ovulation induction, IUI, IVF with genetic testing, egg freezing and oncofertility preservation, and fertility surgery. A dedicated third-party reproduction team manages an in-house egg donor program, donor conception and gestational surrogacy. Illume is closely linked with Gay Parents To Be, Dr. Leondires' LGBTQ+ family-building resource, and also offers dedicated support for international patients and Orthodox Jewish families, along with nutrition, acupuncture and mental health services.
