Elizabeth Alexandre

Dr. Elizabeth Alexandre is a licensed acupuncturist and certified herbalist who sees Illume Fertility patients at the Stamford, CT office; she is not a physician, and her doctorate is in acupuncture and Chinese medicine. She graduated with honors from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in New York and later earned her doctoral degree from Pacific College of Health and Science. She practices Applied Channel Theory palpation and pursued postgraduate study under Dr. Wang Ju-Yi in Beijing. Her clinical training includes acupuncture work at Lutheran Medical Center, in labor and delivery at Beth Israel Medical Center, and in integrative oncology. Her interests include female reproductive health, emotional and psychological conditions, and musculoskeletal problems. She has volunteered on community health missions in Guatemala and Indonesia and is also a trained birth doula.
