Greenwich Fertility and IVF Center, PC

Yale Medicine Greenwich Fertility is the practice formerly known as Greenwich Fertility and IVF Center. In 2020 the group partnered with Yale Medicine, the clinical practice of the Yale School of Medicine, and Greenwich Hospital, and it now operates under the Yale Medicine name, with its web presence moved to the Yale Medicine site.

The main office is at Greenwich Hospital, 55 Holly Hill Lane, Suite 270, in Greenwich, Connecticut. A Yale Medicine-managed embryology laboratory is located at the hospital, and the team has also seen patients at a satellite office in Tuckahoe, New York. The practice describes itself as a small, closely coordinated team that keeps patients with the same clinicians throughout treatment.

Services include IVF, intrauterine insemination, egg freezing, preimplantation genetic testing (PGS/PGD), treatment with donor eggs and donor sperm, IVF for gestational surrogacy, and fertility preservation for people with cancer. Patients use an eIVF online portal for forms, and medication injection training videos are offered in English and Spanish.
