Park Avenue Fertility and Reproductive Medicine

Park Avenue Fertility and Reproductive Medicine is an independent fertility practice in Trumbull, Connecticut. Its founder and medical director is Andrew J. Levi, MD, a board-certified reproductive endocrinologist who trained at the National Institutes of Health and Walter Reed and later taught at the Uniformed Services University. The site also uses the name Connecticut Fertility Center.

The main office is at 5520 Park Avenue in Trumbull and has its own IVF laboratory, run by laboratory director Tyl H. Taylor, PhD, HCLD. Levi is also affiliated with Bridgeport Hospital.
