CNY Fertility Center

CNY Fertility is a privately owned fertility practice founded in Syracuse, New York, in 1997 by reproductive endocrinologist Robert Kiltz, MD. Dr. Kiltz had practiced in the San Francisco Bay Area and taught at UCSF before moving to Central New York. Its stated aim is to make fertility treatment more affordable.

The Syracuse office at 195 Intrepid Lane is one of CNY's full-service centers, with its own embryology lab where egg retrievals and embryo transfers are done. The group also runs full-service centers in Albany, Buffalo, Colorado Springs, Norfolk and Sarasota, plus satellite offices for testing and monitoring in many other states. Many patients travel in from other states or abroad. They are typically monitored at a local office and then spend a few days at a full-service center for retrieval or transfer.

Services include ovulation induction, IUI, IVF with frozen embryo transfer, genetic testing, and egg, sperm and embryo freezing. CNY also performs tubal and vasectomy reversal and surgical sperm extraction, and offers donor eggs, sperm and embryos, gestational surrogacy, reproductive immunology care and holistic support.
