NYC IVF (New York City IVF) is a privately owned fertility practice in Manhattan, founded in 2009 by reproductive endocrinologist Dr. Amr Azim after several years at Reproductive Medicine Associates. Clinical care is now led by Dr. Alyaa Elassar, a board-certified reproductive endocrinologist trained at NewYork-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell and the University of Connecticut.

The practice operates from 693 Fifth Avenue between 54th and 55th Streets, where it keeps its own embryology laboratory, operating room and cryobank for storing eggs, embryos and sperm. It pairs conventional treatment with a holistic program covering nutrition, movement and recovery.

Services include IVF with ICSI, mild-stimulation IVF, IUI and timed cycles, frozen embryo transfer, PGT, egg, embryo and sperm freezing (including before cancer treatment), donor eggs and sperm, reciprocal IVF, gestational carrier cycles, LGBTQ+ family building and recurrent pregnancy loss care. International patients can start with a virtual consultation, complete testing at home and travel to New York for retrieval and transfer; staff speak English, Arabic, Spanish, Mandarin, Russian, Georgian and Italian, and the clinic can coordinate shipping of frozen material.
