New York Reproductive Wellness

New York Reproductive Wellness (NYRW) is a Long Island fertility practice founded by reproductive endocrinologist Gregory Zapantis, MD, who serves as its medical director and laboratory director. Before entering private practice, Dr. Zapantis was on the faculty of Albert Einstein College of Medicine. In 2022 the practice was acquired by Oma Fertility, and in August 2023 it became part of the Pinnacle Fertility network along with Oma's other clinics, while keeping the NYRW name.

The office is at 300 South Oyster Bay Road in Syosset, serving patients from Nassau and Suffolk counties and New York City. NYRW physicians hold privileges at Northwell's Plainview Hospital and North Shore University Hospital and coordinate with local urologists and OB/GYNs.

Services include ovulation induction and IUI, IVF with frozen embryo transfer, preimplantation genetic testing, egg freezing and oncofertility, egg donation, gestational surrogacy, male fertility care and LGBTQ+ family building, along with evaluation of low ovarian reserve, PCOS and recurrent miscarriage. The clinic also welcomes out-of-state and international patients and helps them plan travel.
