Mark Amols

About

Dr. Mark Amols is a reproductive endocrinologist and the founder of New Direction Fertility Centers, seeing patients at the Gilbert, Scottsdale and Las Vegas locations. Raised largely in Arizona, he first earned a bachelor's degree in nursing at Grand Canyon University and worked as a registered nurse at Mayo Clinic. He then obtained his M.D. from the University of Arizona School of Medicine, completed his obstetrics and gynecology residency at Mayo Clinic in Minnesota, where he served as chief resident, and stayed at Mayo for a three-year fellowship in reproductive medicine. He is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology and in reproductive endocrinology and infertility. His practice centers on individualized IVF protocols, complex fertility cases and patient education, informed partly by his own family's experience with infertility.
