About

Bloom Reproductive Institute is an independent, boutique fertility practice in the Phoenix area led by Millie A. Behera, MD, who is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology and reproductive endocrinology and previously taught at Duke University. Reproductive endocrinologist Lauren Reschke, MD has treated Bloom patients since 2022, and the IVF laboratory is directed by Barry Behr, PhD, HCLD, who also co-directs the IVF program at Stanford University.

The practice has two offices: 8415 N. Pima Road, Suite 290, in Scottsdale and 215 S. Dobson Road in Chandler. Its embryology lab is CAP accredited and reports to SART, and its endocrine lab holds CLIA certification.

Services include fertility evaluation, IUI, IVF with ICSI and blastocyst culture, PGT-A and PGT-M embryo testing, egg and embryo freezing, fertility preservation, frozen embryo transfer, and a donor egg program that also recruits egg donors. Dr. Behera performs fertility-enhancing surgery, including laparoscopic, hysteroscopic and robotic procedures such as tubal reversal.
