Fertility Treatment Center, PC

Fertility Treatment Center (FTC) is a reproductive medicine practice in Tempe, Arizona, founded in 1990 by reproductive endocrinologist H. Randall Craig, MD, who continues to lead the clinic. The site footer now identifies FTC as a Bluprint Fertility company. Over the years the practice has reported several regional firsts, including Phoenix's first ICSI pregnancy and Arizona's first PGD pregnancy.

The clinic is located at 2155 E. Conference Drive, Suite 115, and runs its own embryology laboratory and cryobank for frozen embryos. FTC follows what it calls an efficiency practice model: it works through a detailed diagnosis and generally tries ovulation induction and IUI before moving on to IVF, and it does not turn patients away based on age or FSH levels.

Services include fertility testing, IUI with partner or donor sperm, IVF with ICSI, assisted hatching and PGT, egg and embryo freezing, donor egg cycles, embryo adoption, a gestational carrier program, and male infertility evaluation with surgical sperm retrieval. FTC says it treats patients from across the Southwest, other states and abroad.
