New Direction Fertility Centers

New Direction Fertility Centers is a physician-owned fertility practice in Arizona's East Valley led by reproductive endocrinologist Mark Amols, MD, who trained in obstetrics, gynecology and reproductive medicine at Mayo Clinic. Its main center is on East Pecos Road in Gilbert, where consultations, monitoring, egg retrievals and the embryology laboratory are all on site, and the clinic is open on weekends. The practice also sees patients in Scottsdale, at a satellite office in Avondale (West Valley) and in Henderson, Nevada, with a physician team that includes Seth Derman, Mark Johnson, Wael Salem and Diane Woodford.

Services cover the full infertility workup, IUI and IVF with ICSI, preimplantation genetic testing including family balancing, and freezing of eggs, sperm and embryos. Surgical care such as hysteroscopy, laparoscopy and myomectomy is offered, along with sperm retrieval procedures (TESE, PESA, MESA) for male-factor infertility and treatment of PCOS and thyroid disorders.

The IVF lab uses a LifeAire air-filtration system and dedicated incubators for each patient. The clinic emphasizes individualized protocols, publishes package pricing on its website, and accepts most insurance plans.
