IVF Phoenix

IVF Phoenix is an independent fertility practice in the Phoenix metropolitan area led by medical director John L. Couvaras, MD, a reproductive endocrinologist who is also board certified in obstetrics and gynecology. The clinic describes itself as drawing on about 30 years of fertility experience and favors an individualized, whole-patient approach to treatment planning.

Patients are seen at two Valley offices: the main clinic at 9817 N. 95th Street in Scottsdale, near 96th Street and Shea Boulevard, and a second office on E. Rembrandt Avenue in Mesa. New patients can also start with telemedicine video consultations. The embryology laboratory is overseen by lab director Dr. Nel-Themaat.

Services cover fertility testing, IUI, IVF with embryo biopsy and PGT-A, egg, sperm and embryo freezing, donor egg and donor sperm cycles, and IVF for gestational carrier arrangements. The practice also treats male-factor infertility, recurrent pregnancy loss, endometriosis and PCOS, and offers reproductive surgery, reciprocal IVF for female couples, and fertility care for LGBTQ+ and transgender patients.
