Pinnacle Fertility Scottsdale is the current name of Advanced Fertility Care (AFC), a fertility practice founded in 2005 by reproductive endocrinologist Nathaniel Zoneraich, MD. AFC grew to two offices serving the Phoenix metropolitan area and in 2021 became one of the founding clinics of Pinnacle Fertility, a private equity-backed national network that also runs an egg bank and surrogacy services. The practice later took the Pinnacle Fertility Arizona name while keeping its local team and locations.

The Scottsdale clinic is at 9819 North 95th Street, Suite 105, with weekday hours and weekend visits by appointment. Physicians include Nathaniel Zoneraich, MD, Frederick Larsen, MD, and Kurt Peterson, DO, supported by physician assistants.
