Silvina M. Bocca

About

Dr. Silvina M. Bocca is a reproductive endocrinologist and embryologist at Procreate Fertility Center of Virginia, with more than two decades of experience treating female and male infertility and working in the IVF embryology laboratory. She earned a PhD in biomedical sciences through Old Dominion University and Eastern Virginia Medical School, began her career as an embryologist at the Jones Institute for Reproductive Medicine, and became a certified laboratory director. She then completed medical school, obstetrics and gynecology residency and a reproductive endocrinology and infertility fellowship at EVMS, where she is a professor in the Master of Clinical Embryology program. She is certified in reproductive endocrinology and infertility and as an embryologist and high-complexity laboratory director. Her interests include recurrent miscarriage, fertility preservation, premature ovarian insufficiency and male infertility.
