Procreate Fertility Center of Virginia

Procreate Fertility Center of Virginia is an independent fertility practice in the Hampton Roads region, founded in October 2016 by reproductive endocrinologist Christian Perez, MD, who serves as medical director. Its physician team also includes Silvina Bocca, MD, among others.

The main office is at 700 Oak Grove Road in Chesapeake, where the practice built an 8,000-square-foot facility in 2019. Additional offices operate on Cleveland Street and First Colonial Road in Virginia Beach and on Rock Landing Drive in Newport News. The embryology laboratory is accredited by The Joint Commission, and a related program, CryoGenesis Bank, handles cryopreservation and donor sperm.

Services include IUI, conventional IVF with ICSI, INVOCELL, mini and natural IVF, reciprocal IVF for female couples, preimplantation genetic testing, robotic tubal reversal and male fertility evaluation. The practice supports egg, sperm and embryo donation, gestational carrier cycles and LGBTQ+ family building, and it takes part in a Defense Health Agency cryopreservation program for eligible active-duty service members. Spanish-speaking specialists are available, and the website has a Spanish version.
