Washington Fertility Center

Washington Fertility Center (WFC) is an independent fertility practice in Northern Virginia that has been treating patients for more than 40 years. Its physicians include Dr. Pierre Asmar, whose team took part in the first donor-egg cycle to result in a birth in the Washington, D.C. area, and Dr. Sunita Kulshrestha.

The Annandale office at 4316 Evergreen Lane, in Annandale Square, is WFC's main location and serves patients from Fairfax County, Washington, D.C. and Maryland. The practice also has offices in Fredericksburg, for Stafford and Spotsylvania counties, and in Leesburg, for the Loudoun and Reston area.

Services include fertility testing, ovulation management, IUI, IVF with ICSI, PGT, egg freezing and fertility preservation, egg donation through partner programs Egg Bank America and Egg Donor America, gestational surrogacy, male infertility care, laparoscopic and hysteroscopic surgery, and reproductive psychology support. WFC says it has supported LGBTQ+ families since 1983. It treats patients from other states and countries, offers travel and lodging guidance, and lists staff who speak Arabic, Farsi, French, Spanish, Vietnamese and Urdu.
