Eric Chang

Dr. Eric Chang is a reproductive endocrinologist who has cared for patients at CNY Fertility since 2019 and is listed at the network's Buffalo, New York office. He completed his undergraduate studies at Penn State University and earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree at Des Moines University. After an OB/GYN residency at Cooper University Medical Center, affiliated with Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, he practiced general obstetrics and gynecology for seven years before completing a fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He performs IUI, egg retrievals, embryo transfers, and laparoscopic and hysteroscopic surgery, with particular interest in patients of advanced reproductive age. He is a Diplomate of the American Osteopathic Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
