About

Yale Fertility Center is the reproductive medicine program of Yale Medicine, run by the Division of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at Yale School of Medicine. Its IVF program dates to the early 1980s; in 1983 Yale announced the birth of its first IVF baby, one of the earliest in the United States. Emre Seli, MD, serves as medical director.

The main facility is on Yale West Campus at 200 West Campus Drive in Orange, Connecticut, which has free parking. The center also sees patients in Westport, Guilford and Stamford, and through Yale Medicine Greenwich Fertility.

Services include ovulation induction and IUI, IVF with genetic testing of embryos, egg freezing, and fertility preservation for cancer patients and others who want to delay childbearing. It also runs a male fertility program, a recurrent pregnancy loss program, and a third-party reproduction program covering egg donation and gestational surrogacy. Clinicians treat endometriosis and PCOS, and they care for same-sex couples, single people and transgender patients.
