Dorothy Roach

Dr. Dorothy Roach is a reproductive endocrinologist who leads HART Fertility Clinic, a physician-led practice serving the north Houston area from offices in The Woodlands and Kingwood. She is board certified in both reproductive endocrinology and obstetrics and gynecology and has worked in the specialty for more than 30 years. According to her Memorial Hermann physician profile, she graduated from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School, completed her internship and residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center, and pursued fellowship training at the Medical College of Georgia School of Medicine. At HART she oversees care that is closely coordinated with the clinic's own accredited on-site IVF laboratory, offering treatments such as ovulation induction, IUI, IVF with ICSI, embryo and egg freezing, and donor and gestational carrier programs.
