HART Fertility Clinic

HART Fertility Clinic is an independent, office-based fertility practice serving the northern Houston suburbs. Formerly known as the North Houston Center for Reproductive Medicine, it is led by Dorothy J. Roach, MD, who is board certified in reproductive endocrinology and in obstetrics and gynecology and trained at UT Southwestern and the Medical College of Georgia.

The main office and IVF laboratory are at 111 Vision Park Blvd in The Woodlands, with a second office at 350 Kingwood Medical Drive in Kingwood. All embryology, andrology and cryostorage work is done at The Woodlands site, under a doctoral-level laboratory director, and the IVF lab is accredited by the College of American Pathologists.

Services include IVF with ICSI, assisted hatching and preimplantation genetic testing, intrauterine insemination, ovulation induction, frozen embryo transfer, and egg, embryo and ovarian tissue freezing for fertility preservation. The clinic also treats patients using donor eggs, donor sperm or a gestational carrier, and offers family building for LGBTQ and single parents.
