Reproductive Medicine Associates of New York (RMA of New York) is a Manhattan-headquartered fertility practice led by managing partner and CEO Alan Copperman, MD, who has headed the group since 2001. It serves as the Division of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility for the Mount Sinai Health System, and its physicians hold faculty posts at the Icahn School of Medicine. In August 2023 the practice joined US Fertility and it later absorbed Shady Grove Fertility's New York office.

The East Side flagship at 635 Madison Avenue (10th floor) houses medical suites, IVF procedure rooms and an embryology laboratory under one roof. The wider network includes Manhattan offices on the West Side and Downtown, plus clinics in Brooklyn, Long Island, Westchester and the Hudson Valley, with four IVF laboratories in total.

Services include IUI, IVF, preimplantation genetic testing, egg and sperm donor conception, gestational surrogacy, egg and embryo freezing, sperm banking, oncofertility, reproductive urology and surgery, and LGBTQIA+ family building, including reciprocal IVF. International patients can begin with remote consultations by phone, video or WeChat.
