Red Rock Fertility Center

Red Rock Fertility Center is an independent fertility practice in Las Vegas, Nevada, founded in 2008 by reproductive endocrinologist Eva D. Littman, MD, who continues to lead the practice as founder and practice director. It began in a small office suite and expanded before moving into its own building.

That building, at 9120 W Russell Road in southwest Las Vegas, is a two-story facility of roughly 12,500 square feet that opened around 2015. It houses the IVF laboratory and a patient education area on the ground floor, the clinic on the upper floor, and an ambulatory surgery center with two operating rooms. Services include IVF with ICSI, IUI (including with donor sperm), genetic screening, egg, embryo and sperm freezing, egg donation with a donor search program, gestational carrier cycles, LGBTQ family planning, second opinions and telehealth visits.

The clinic runs a fertility tourism program for patients from other states and countries: care begins with a video consultation, a coordinator handles scheduling, and patients typically stay in Las Vegas for seven to ten days, with partner hotel discounts available.
