Nevada Fertility Center is a Las Vegas fertility practice established in 2018 by reproductive endocrinologist Dr. Russell Foulk, MD, FACOG, HCLD, who had previously founded fertility centers in other states, including Utah Fertility Center. The practice is part of Ivy Fertility, a U.S. network of physician-led fertility clinics, and expanded its physician team in early 2024 with the addition of Dr. Gary Levy and Dr. Khurram Rehman.

The clinic is located at 5320 S. Rainbow Boulevard, Suite 300, in southwest Las Vegas. Its laboratory is CLIA-certified and accredited by The Joint Commission, and the practice is a clinical partner of Donor Egg Bank USA.

Services include IUI, IVF (including a lower-stimulation "Gentle IVF" option), preimplantation genetic testing, egg freezing, male infertility care and evaluation of recurrent pregnancy loss. Third-party family building covers egg donation and surrogacy, and the clinic welcomes LGBTQ+ patients. International patients can begin with a video consultation, work with a coordinator trained in third-party reproduction, and receive help planning their stay in Las Vegas.
