Nevada Fertility Institute

Nevada Fertility Institute (NFI) is a Las Vegas fertility clinic founded by Cindy M. Duke, MD, PhD, a board-certified OB/GYN with fellowship training in reproductive endocrinology and infertility. Dr. Duke opened the practice in late 2016 as a newly built clinic supported by a fertility network (originally Vivere, later the Prelude/Inception network); the clinic now describes itself as woman-owned.

The clinic is located on W Sunset Road in southwest Las Vegas and has its own IVF laboratory, with Dr. Duke also serving as laboratory director. Services include IVF with ICSI, IUI, egg and sperm freezing, embryo banking, embryo genetic testing, egg and sperm donation, surrogacy cycles, reciprocal IVF, male infertility evaluation, hormone management and reproductive surgery.

NFI places particular emphasis on LGBTQIA+ family building. For patients traveling to Las Vegas, the clinic offers a travel concierge page with discounted rates at nearby hotels and notes travel assistance for international patients.
