MU Healthcare, Reproductive Health and Fertility Center

The Reproductive Health and Fertility Center is the fertility program of MU Health Care, the academic health system of the University of Missouri in Columbia. Care is provided by reproductive endocrinology and infertility specialists working alongside OB/GYNs, nurses trained in reproductive medicine, embryologists and urologists, and the program also conducts research on topics such as ovarian aging and Asherman's syndrome.

The clinic is located at 500 N. Keene Street, Suite 203, in Columbia and serves patients across central Missouri. MU Health Care operates its own in-house reproductive (embryology) laboratory and andrology laboratory, where embryologists prepare eggs and sperm for treatment and handle genetic testing and cryopreservation.

Services include infertility evaluation, ovulation induction and fertility medications, IUI, IVF with preimplantation genetic testing, minimally invasive surgery such as laparoscopy and hysteroscopy, and evaluation of recurrent pregnancy loss. Male infertility is assessed through semen analysis with urology support. The program also offers egg, sperm, embryo and ovarian tissue preservation, including freezing before cancer treatment, as well as second-opinion consultations and financial counseling.
