InVia Fertility Specialists is a Chicago-area fertility practice founded by reproductive endocrinologist Dr. Vishvanath C. Karande, who remains its medical director; the practice operates legally as Karande and Associates and has served Illinois patients for more than two decades. InVia is now part of the First Fertility physician network.

The Hoffman Estates office is at 1585 North Barrington Road (Doctors Building Two, Suite 406) in the northwest suburbs, and the practice describes it as offering its full range of care, including IVF, ICSI, surgical sperm retrieval (TESA) and reproductive surgery, supported by an embryology laboratory. InVia also has offices in Arlington Heights, Chicago, Crystal Lake, Northbrook and Rockford, and its physician team includes Drs. Karande, Sigal Klipstein, Elizabeth Puscheck, Thanh-Ha Luu and Lisa Shandley.

Services span diagnostic testing, ovulation induction, IUI with partner or donor sperm, IVF with PGT, egg freezing, an in-house egg donor program, gestational surrogacy, male infertility treatment, recurrent pregnancy loss care and LGBTQ+ family building. International patients are assigned a dedicated coordinator, and staff speak languages including Spanish, Russian, Ukrainian, Vietnamese, Japanese, Hebrew and Hindi.
