Chicago IVF

Chicago IVF is a privately owned fertility practice serving the Chicago area and Northwest Indiana. Joel G. Brasch, MD, its long-time medical director, has been associated with the practice since at least the early 2000s, first as its laboratory director; Natalie Schultz, MD, is the other physician featured on the current site. The practice says it has helped bring more than 12,000 babies into the world.

The corporate office is at 5225 Old Orchard Road in Skokie, which is by appointment only. Patients are seen at fertility clinics in Orland Park and St. Charles, Illinois, and in Munster and Valparaiso, Indiana, with procedures performed at an affiliated surgery center in Downers Grove.

Services include IUI, IVF with ICSI, PGT genetic testing, egg freezing, male fertility evaluation and LGBTQ+ family building. Its egg donation program offers fresh and frozen donor eggs, partly through My Egg Bank, and the practice created the Illinois Center for Surrogacy for gestational surrogacy and surrogate matching. International patients are actively served, and a Shanghai-based partner, Medicess Medical, is its designated representative for patients in mainland China.
