Advanced Fertility Center of Chicago (AFCC) was established in 1997 by reproductive endocrinologist Dr. Richard Sherbahn and grew into a group of fertility offices across the Chicago area. In 2018 the practice joined Prelude Fertility, and it now belongs to the Prelude Network under Inception Fertility while continuing to operate under its own name.

This office sits at 30 Tower Court in Gurnee, in northern Lake County, and serves patients from the north suburbs, Crystal Lake and southeastern Wisconsin, including Kenosha and Milwaukee.
