North Shore Fertility

North Shore Fertility is a small independent fertility practice in Skokie, Illinois, on Chicago's North Shore, led by reproductive endocrinologist Anne Borkowski, MD. Dr. Borkowski studied at Northwestern University and Loyola University Medical School, completed her obstetrics and gynecology residency at St. Francis Hospital of Evanston, and trained in reproductive endocrinology at Rush University Medical Center.

The practice operates from a single office at 5225 Old Orchard Road, Suite 17, near Old Orchard in Skokie, and is organized around one physician who personally follows each patient through treatment. Dr. Borkowski's clinical interests include endometriosis, tubal factor infertility, male factor infertility, egg donation and embryo genetic testing.

Services begin with a fertility evaluation, including hormone testing, ovarian reserve assessment, sonohysterography and semen analysis. Treatment options include IUI, IVF with ICSI, preimplantation genetic testing (PGT) and elective egg freezing, as well as donor egg and donor sperm cycles. The clinic also offers family-building care for LGBTQ+ individuals and couples.
