Infertility & IVF Medical Associates of Western New York, PLLC dba, Buffalo IVF

Buffalo IVF, formally Infertility & IVF Medical Associates of Western New York, PLLC and also known as Buffalo Infertility and IVF Associates, is a locally owned fertility practice that has served the Buffalo area since 1999. It was founded by physicians Kent Crickard, Ralph Sperrazza and Michael Sullivan and is not part of a national network.

The clinic is located at 4510 Main Street in the Snyder Square East building in Amherst, just outside Buffalo. Its IVF and andrology laboratories are on site, next to the clinical offices. The physician team is made up of reproductive endocrinologists Adam M. Griffin, MD, Michael W. Sullivan, MD and Chantal Bartels, MD, who also perform reproductive and robotic surgery.

Services include IVF, ICSI, IUI and ovulation induction, freezing of sperm, eggs and embryos, donor egg treatment (including a known egg donor program), donor sperm, semen analysis, testicular biopsy and male factor care, and evaluation of recurrent pregnancy loss. The practice also supports LGBTQIA+ family building and provides cycle monitoring for patients being treated at other centers who cannot travel often.
